Travel Insurance Waiver Notice

Travel insurance is strongly recommended by Happy Cruising Travel Agency and our host agency, Cruise Brothers, to protect your travel investment and provide coverage for unexpected events before, during, and after your trip.

If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any financial losses, including but not limited to cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical expenses, supplier default, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur at any time in relation to your travel.

By declining travel insurance, you expressly agree that Happy Cruising Travel Agency, Cruise Brothers, and all travel suppliers and vendors involved in your booking (including but not limited to cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and transportation providers) shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred.

Please note: All clients who decline travel insurance will be required to sign a Travel Insurance Waiver prior to booking, confirming their decision to forgo coverage and releasing the above-mentioned parties from liability.
